Meghana C Karande, MD is the Chief Medical Officer at GoInvo’s digital health design practice. Her role is at the intersection of health technology, design, psychology, and business, collaborating with clients as in-house medical expert for healthcare product strategy, software user experience design, research, usability and validation, and product definition. She builds new client relationships and partnerships providing strategic alliances and new business opportunities. Additionally, she advises mission driven early stage companies focused on minority mental health and women’s health to create equity by building better with a diverse workforce and leadership to create inclusive products and services.
A classically trained clinician via Cornell, Yale, and Mount Sinai with over 15 years of diverse experience spanning the healthcare lifecycle in pharma, insurance, and government, Dr. Karande takes a system approach to solving healthcare problems.
Additionally, Dr. Karande has been an invited speaker, panelist, or judge for organizations and events, including Connected Health Conference, Health Experience Design Conference, Partners Healthcare, Patient Safety in a Digital World Symposium, Boston Scientific Connected Patient Challenge, Health IT Marketing Conference, and HHS. She is a member of the Committee on Health IT at the Mass Medical Society. She is a mentor and judge at MassChallenge HealthTech and has mentored at MIT Hacking Medicine.
