Anthony (Tony) Walder has worked more than 30 years developing thermoplastic polyurethanes for medical and specialty non-medical applications. Work history includes Becton, Dickinson and Company developing novel medical polyurethanes and developing medical devices. In 1994 he joined Thermedics™ Polymer Products (now Lubrizol Corporation) developing new polyurethanes and supporting technologies. He received a Ph.D. from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville in polymer chemistry. He is presently Technical Fellow in The Lubrizol Corporation.
